We offer:Visa Sponsorship with Relocation PackageA full-time, permanent contract with CovalenA choice of day shift (9am to 5:30pm) or evening shift (6pm to 2am) from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and bank holiday workA base annual salary of €29,700, with an additional 25% increase for the evening shift from 10pm to 2am, plus a €12 daily taxi allowance, potentially earning up to €39k25 days of annual leave, private healthcare, and pension contributionsExtensive training and access to CPL's Wellness ProgrammeBike to Work and Tax Saver SchemeRequirements:Fluency in Hebrew (C1/C2) and English (C1)A valid Stamp 4, 1G, or EU passport (preferred)Deep cultural understanding and awareness of current regional affairsStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and critical thinkingYour Role:Investigate and resolve reported issues, including account support and abusive content, via our ticketing systemEnforce community guidelines by addressing reports of abuseStay informed about clients' products and community standardsUtilize regional insights to support the online community effectivelyAnalyze data to improve user experienceIdentify trends and escalate critical issues to the global teamSuggest workflow improvementsPlease note: This role involves reviewing sensitive content, so working from our Sandyford office (D18) is essential.
