Responsibilities:
* Conduct behavioural assessments to identify needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
* Implement evidence-based behavioural strategies and monitor progress.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
* Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and other professionals.
* Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of interventions and outcomes.
* Adapt interventions based on ongoing assessment and feedback.
Requirements:
* Level 7 in Behavior Support or related discipline.
* Proficiency in behavioural analysis and intervention techniques.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the clients.
* Full driving license and access to own car is desirable.
* Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
* All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting.
* Candidates who have lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months over the age of 16 will be required to produce International Police Clearance. Failure to have this document during the initial recruitment stages will result in an unsuccessful application.
