Job Summary
The Document Control Expert role requires a high degree of attention to detail and organizational skills, with excellent communication and time management abilities. Key responsibilities include document management, report creation, and database maintenance.
This position involves the following key tasks:
* Lease Return Discrepancy Report generation
* Documentation file structure management
* Maintenance of records in various databases
The successful candidate will be responsible for updating record systems, attending weekly conference calls, and communicating with external vendors to resolve issues.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with customers, technical consultants, and stakeholders to create Marketing Sales Document (MSD) packs
2. Use specialized computer databases containing live and archived engine/component records
