About the Agency
Our client is a leading creative agency specialising in experiential, corporate, and live events. They work with some of the world’s most recognised brands to deliver large-scale activations, conferences, product launches, and content-led experiences. With a reputation for innovation, quality, and cultural relevance, they are seeking a seasoned Lead Producer to join their senior team and drive the successful delivery of flagship projects.
Role Overview
The Lead Producer will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of major creative and corporate events, from initial brief through to execution and post-event evaluation. This is a senior role requiring a combination of leadership, production expertise, commercial acumen, and client management skills. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in maintaining the agency’s reputation for world-class delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end production of complex live and virtual events, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
* Act as the central point of contact between the agency, client teams, internal departments, and external suppliers.
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, production plans, and resource allocations.
Creative & Strategic Input
* Translate client objectives into compelling event strategies and workable creative concepts.
* Work collaboratively with creative, strategy, and technical teams to develop deliverable, innovative ideas.
* Take full responsibility for budget creation, management, reconciliation, and reporting across all assigned projects.
* Lead negotiations with suppliers and freelancers to ensure best value and service levels.
Client Management
* Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing senior-level guidance and project oversight.
* Lead presentations, status meetings, and client communications with confidence and clarity.
* Conduct post-event reviews and evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
* Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and audience expectations to enhance future work.
Skills & Experience Required
* A minimum of 4 years’ experience at agency level in the delivery of experiential, live, or corporate events.
* A third-level qualification or industry-accredited training in a relevant discipline (e.g., communications, events, production, marketing).
* Demonstrable experience managing complex, high-value projects with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong knowledge of creative processes, technical production, and logistics.
* Commercially astute with excellent budget management and negotiation skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
