**Job Summary**
The Trade Counter (Sales) Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise to customers in a fast-paced trade counter environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to sales enquiries in person, over the phone, or via email
* Provide product advice, pricing, and quotations to customers
* Maximise sales and margin through up-selling and cross-selling
* Promote own-brand products and alternative solutions
* Process and prepare customer orders
* Manage purchasing within the branch via MRP systems
* Participate in day-to-day operations and support across the branch
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven sales experience (essential)
* Strong product knowledge (electrical products preferred)
* Background in electrical wholesale (advantageous)
* Customer-focused and results-driven
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
