Maintain and support compliance to ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 systems standards. Responsible for the implementation of all related procedures in his/her area from receipt of materials and packaging to the movement of finished goods to their designated areas. Responsible for maintaining the real time monitoring system integrity by issuing agreed reports to his/her supervisor each shift. Ensure correct segregation of all waste materials in accordance with procedures and policies and report breaches were evident. Ensure the correct material is being used in each location/work centre for every shift and fix/report discrepancies where applicable. Present finished goods to the warehouse in accordance with cGMP and the appropriate customer requirements/ procedures for that product. Responsible for the seamless hand over of all related reports and information to his/her supervisor and to his/her colleagues working on opposite shifts. Ensure correct material balances are always returned to the warehouse.QualificationsMust have experience of working within a manufacturing environment. Have a good basic understanding of Plastics, IQMS requirements and general warehousing duties within a manufacturing environment. Must possess good communication skills and be able to liase with staff at all levels within the company. Ability to work on own initiative. Identify and report on key production and safety related issues to the Team lead / Manager. Must have the ability to report system issues and/or fix them on a daily / night shift basis. A good level of computer literacy is essential.
