Meath, part of the Home Project Centre Sales Ltd., Ireland, the largest independently Irish owned Builders Providers/DIY business in the country, is looking for a Yard Operative/Forklift Driver to join our team.Job Purpose: Yard Operative/Forklift DriverDuties and Responsibilities:Pick and complete sales orders, wrap deliveries, complete warehouse paperwork for each dispatch.Unload, record and put away of stocks and deliveriesEnsure all Health and Safety standards are always adhered to in line with Company policy.Load and unload lorries in a safe and efficient mannerMove and stack materialsUsing correct manual handling techniques.Perform general warehouse duties in order to maintain a smooth operationChecking that finished product packs are closed/sealed properly and that labels are in the correct positionDelivering product to customers by van may also be a requirement of the position.Requirements:Good communication and interpersonal skillsComputer SkillsFriendly, helpful attitudeHave full reach and counterbalance forklift licencesBenefits:Career progressionBonus SchemeBike to Work SchemeFree On-Site ParkingHours: 39 hours per week - over 6 days (Monday - Saturday)Home Project Centre Sales Ltd. is an equal opportunities employer.
