About Your New Job – Business Development Manager
* Lead and manage the full commercial sales process from initial inquiry to contract award.
* Identify, qualify, and engage new and existing commercial clients across various sectors.
* Conduct site assessments and client consultations to assess technical and commercial feasibility.
* Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, tenders, ROI models, and financial justifications.
* Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and key accounts.
What Skills You Need for this Business Development Manager?
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Environmental Science, or a related technical discipline.
* Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a technical sales or business development role within the solar PV, renewable energy, or engineering services sector.
* Proven understanding of solar PV system design, including knowledge of modules, inverters, mounting systems, and grid connection requirements.
