Your new companyAs Training Administrator, you will join an educational, regulatory, and representative body for working professionals in Ireland. Your new organisation aims to provide support and advice to its membership professionals in their day-to-day practice through education, training courses and advisory services. Your new office is in North Dublin and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on a 1-year FTC. You will have a hybrid work model after your training period; 3 days in the office.Your new roleAs Training Administrator, you will provide secretarial, course coordination and administrative support to the professional training team. This will involve assisting with the recruitment and running of online and onsite courses, preparing and processing course materials, uploading documents to content management systems, dealing with a high volume of queries, assisting the marketing team, processing payments, accounts administration, assisting with the coordination of training events and all other general administrative duties that fall into your new role.This is a great opportunity for you to gain excellent administrative support experience within a reputable membership body.What you'll need to succeedTo become Training Administrator, you will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar role, experience of education course administration is advantageous. You will be able to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines on an ongoing basis. This role requires excellent attention to detail along with strong communication, organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
