On behalf of one of our most prestigious Clients, we are looking for experienced Account Executives to join their growing team in Ireland. Whether you're a strong mid‑level AE ready for your next step, or a seasoned Senior AE with deep industry expertise — we'd love to hear from you. This role is ideal for candidates already living in Ireland, with proven success in selling complex software or cloud solutions, and who thrive in a collaborative, customer‑centric environment.

About the Role

You'll help customers reach their full potential by positioning industry‑leading cloud and business application solutions that address their strategic challenges.

Your work will span account ownership, strategic planning, pipeline management, and leading virtual teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Customer Management

1. Own end‑to‑end customer relationships across software and cloud subscription sales.
2. Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive long-term growth and exceed revenue targets.
3. Deeply understand customer goals, technology landscapes, and competitive environments.

Pipeline & Opportunity Management

4. Maintain a strong, high‑quality sales pipeline and advance deals through all stages.
5. Collaborate with marketing, inside sales, and partner channels to drive demand generation.
6. Position a full cloud solution portfolio — including industry or LoB-specific offerings — to solve customer needs.

Sales Excellence

7. Conduct white‑space analysis to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
8. Lead virtual, cross‑functional teams to ensure aligned and impactful customer engagements.
9. Maintain CRM accuracy and leverage data for forecasting and planning.

What You Bring

We're open to both strong mid‑level and senior candidates. You will bring:

Essential

10. Experience selling complex business software or IT/cloud solutions.
11. Proven success navigating large transactions and long sales cycles in competitive markets.
12. Strong negotiation skills, especially with renewals, expansions, and subscription‑based solutions.
13. Excellent communication skills and a confident, customer‑focused presence.
14. Fluent business English (additional languages a bonus).
15. Residence in Ireland and eligibility to work full‑time.

For Senior-Level Applicants

16. 10+ years of software/cloud sales experience.
17. Ability to lead account strategy at executive level and orchestrate large virtual account teams.
18. Deep experience in competitive positioning and SaaS solution evangelism.
