Job Title: Clinical Nurse Manager II
The role of the Clinical Nurse Manager II is pivotal to the co-ordination and management of nursing services in an Endoscopy Unit. He/she will work closely with senior nursing staff to facilitate high quality patient care while making best use of resources.
* To lead and participate in internal audits and accreditation processes such as JAG, JCI, HIQA.
* Responsible for rostering staff to achieve adequate skill mix.
* To be responsible for all endoscopy lists pertaining to the unit schedule ensuring slots are utilised efficiently.
* Empower staff through effective communication and regular feedback promoting a culture of innovation and improvement focusing on patient wellbeing.
