We are seeking a skilled IT individual to join our team as an IT Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the successful planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects that directly impact clients and internal teams.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of multiple client-facing IT projects
* Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
You will work closely with engineers, service delivery managers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time. This includes maintaining accurate project documentation schedules status reports throughout the project lifecycle tracking reporting on milestones budgets risks deliverables acting as a key point communication between stakeholders clients engineers technical teams Organising participating in meetings capturing minutes actions follow-ups proactively identifying risks issues dependencies timely resolution escalation required ensuring adherence governance processes quality standards client requirements setting priorities engineering resources updating dashboards regular customer project updates identifying workflow bottlenecks recommending process improvements enhance efficiency delivery outcomes Main Requirements:
1. A minimum experience in either programme administration or similar position required
Excellent verbal written skills strong organisational multitasking abilities proficiency Microsoft Office Jira Asana ability independently collaborate within
