Job Title: Community Development Project Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Community Development Project Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a feminist community development project that supports women's equality and well-being.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging in community development work within the local area, facilitating and supporting the development, well-being, training, and networking of women. They will also assist with planning and delivering relevant programmes, identifying training needs, and networking with other community organisations to support women's participation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage in community development work within the local area
* Facilitate and support the development, well-being, training, and networking of women
* Assist with planning and delivering relevant programmes
* Identify training needs and provide support
* Network with other community organisations to support women's participation
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in community development working within the community sector
* Minimum of Level 6 qualification in community development or equivalent
* Excellent communication and administration skills
* Excellent facilitation skills
* An understanding of grassroots feminism
* The ability to outreach and engage with women in the local area
* The ability to identify the relevant training, supports, and needs of women in the area
