7+ years' experience in warehouse/logistics management.

The Stock, Procurement & Warehouse Manager will lead and optimise procurement, stock, and warehouse operations across three stores, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, efficient inventory management, and continuous process improvement to support the company's growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement:

* Source and procure goods, tools, and services in a cost-effective and timely manner.
* Obtain and evaluate multiple quotes to secure best value for the organisation.
* Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure value for money.
* Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
* Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
* Provide regular procurement performance and cost-saving reports to senior management.

Stock Management:

* Develop and implement efficient stock management systems and processes.
* Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
* Conduct regular stock and tool inventory audits, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
* Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in stock and tool management.
* Oversee tool inventory management, ensuring all equipment is tracked, maintained, and available for operational needs.

Warehouse Management:

* Oversee day-to-day activities across all stores to ensure operational efficiency.
* Lead and mentor the Stores team, including performance reviews and training.
* Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Streamline warehouse procedures and identify process improvements to optimise efficiency.
* Collaborate with sales, procurement, and finance teams to align inventory with business needs.

Continuous Improvement:

* Drive process improvement initiatives across procurement, stock, and warehouse operations.
* Leverage data analysis to identify and implement operational enhancements.
* Six Sigma Green Belt or similar process improvement experience is an advantage.

Key Requirements

* Analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Based in or willing to travel regularly to Cork, Kerry, and Clare.
* Experience managing multiple stores or sites is an advantage.
* Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Results-driven and detail-oriented.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
* Experience in tool inventory management and process streamlining is an advantage.
* Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement qualification is desirable.

Reporting Structure

* Reports directly to the COO.
* Manages warehouse teams across all sites.
* Works closely with delivery drivers, warehouse staff, and admin support.
