Electronics Product Delivery Leader
This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex electronic products from concept through to production.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
* Apply structured project management practices including planning, scheduling, risk/issue management, and budget control.
* Drive compliance with the company's project gate review framework.
* Manage communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Oversee scope, schedule, and cost changes using formal change control processes.
* Ensure adherence to relevant safety and regulatory standards.
* Contribute to process improvements in project delivery.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' project management experience, ideally in electronic product development.
* Degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology.
* Formal project management certification (PMP preferred, Prince2 or equivalent considered).
* Experience delivering cross-functional projects using structured methodologies.
* Familiarity with Electronic hardware design/Embedded software/Mechanical product design.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience working in regulated industries (life safety, medical, industrial controls).
* Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
* Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
