Main Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Governance
* Provide overall direction for children's residential services, aligned with service planning, development, and quality assurance initiatives.
* Ensure delivery of efficient, high-quality, and person-centred services.
Operational Management
* Monitor and report on KPIs, budgets, audits, and performance metrics.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, HIQA standards, and safeguarding procedures.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Liaise with families, medical consultants, MDTs, and external partners (HSE, Tusla, schools, etc.).
* Represent St.Joseph's Foundation on regional and national committees.
* Promote public relations and positive service branding.
Finance & Resource Management
* Work with Director of Finance on budgeting, expenditure, and financial reporting.
* Ensure value for money and appropriate use of service user funds.
Service Quality & Continuous Improvement
* Drive quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
* Ensure complaints, incidents, and feedback are managed appropriately.
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for children and staff.
