Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across retail sectors.
Implement efficient route planning and customer call cycles.
Collaborate with internal teams on product development and promotional strategies.
Achieve KPIs and contribute to weekly trade meetings.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in territory or key account management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
Commercially minded with a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude.
Experience in FMCG and/or DIY sectors is a plus.
Full clean driver's licence required.
