Our Employment & Benefits lawyers advise on employment law and on the specialist areas of corporate immigration and health and safety.
The Role:
The position will primarily focus on employment issues in commercial transactions and general employment advisory work. We act for some of the leading employers in Ireland across a wide range of industries and sectors and the role will offer the opportunity to work on;
* Employment law aspects of corporate transactions and restructurings.
* Employment claims before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court and the Civil Courts.
* General day to day employment advice.
The Person
* You have an excellent academic background.
* You have no less than 5 years' experience practising employment law.
* You have good exposure to corporate support work.
* You have a high level of commercial awareness.
* You have a very strong technical and drafting ability.
* You have excellent communication and organisational skills.
* You have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure that deadlines are consistently met. You have an ability to work as part of a team and show a high level of initiative.
