Goldman Sachs Fund Services Limited (GSAM FSL) is the Irish based managementpany of GSAM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensurepliance with all applicable regulatory requirements related to Delegate and Outsourcing Oversight and Operational Resilience.
2. Oversee the identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting of operational risks for any incidents impacting funds under the Managementpany Oversight.
3. Assist in maintaining key Managementpany risk management frameworkponents and risk policies and procedures.
4. Monitor Delegate performance against Key Risk Indicators [KRIs], and where applicable, escalate any concerns regarding risks to relevant managementmittees and boards of directors.
5. Perform periodic ongoing oversight of Group Affiliate delegates performance and Key Performance Indicators [KPIs] in line with Managementpany oversight requirements; including identification on key areas of risks and challenges, as well as mitigation plan if necessary.
6. Engage with Vendor Management teams with respect to external delegate performance and KPI's in line with Managementpany oversight requirements.
7. Act as an oversight delegate for a sub-set of broker, custodian and/or fund administrators to maximize potential value delivery across the firm
8. Assist with the evaluation, selection, negotiation and onboarding of new vendors and ongoingpliance with Firm vendor policies
9. Review all Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators and ensure changes are made where deemed necessary, and that these are met
10. Engage with the Depositary on any matters that require escalation to the Managementpany or Board
11. Participate in the weekly joint Managementpany Risk Oversight Group and the GSAM FSL monthly Risk Managementmittee.
12. Participate and report to GSAM FSL Managementpany Risk Management Forums on items related to delegate oversight.
13. Proactively engage with delegates where issues arise and to ensure services meet expectations.
14. Present risk reporting to relevant Managementpany Riskmittees, Fund Boards and the GSAM FSL Managementpany Board
15. Manage new vendor appointment Initial Due Diligence and Managementpany approvals as required.
16. Engage in any regulatory projects impacting the Managementpany
17. Keep abreast of external and internal regulatory bodies divisional and group-wide risk standards and business changes; assessing any potential impact for the Group. In doing so, ensure that changes to the regulatory standards are implemented by the first line.
18. Explore solutions that leverage business intelligence, low code automation, industry utilities, and external vendor solutions
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
19. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with relevant industry experience
20. Relevant work experience of 4+ years
21. Detail oriented with the ability to quickly identify and learn pertinent information across a wide range of products and the full trade lifecycle
22. Able to develop strong relationships across the organization and at all levels of management including the various Boards of Directors
23. Excellent written,munication and presentation skills
24. Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize work under tight deadlines
25. Intellectual curiosity, and a strong work ethic andmitment to a superior work product
26. Ability to cultivate effective partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders
27. Forward thinking, with the ability to assert new ideas and follow them through
28. Self-motivated, and a proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability of projects
29. Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively managepeting priorities
PREFERRED SKILLS
30. Knowledge of European fund structures and products (, mutual funds and alternative investment funds), operations, trade lifecycle and regulatory environments would be beneficial
31. Operational Risk or Outsourcing Oversight experience gained within regulated sectors (Asset Management preferred)
32. Experience producing risk reports and presentations
33. Previous experience in an oversight or risk related role
34. Good analytical skills and understanding of different risk methodologies
