This job post is for a Senior Hospitality Manager who will be responsible for the overall smooth operations of our hotel and across various departments.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in supervisory roles within Food & Beverage, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment.
A key requirement for this role is organisational and planning skills, as well as being able to engage effectively with team members and guests.
The successful candidate will also need to be adaptable, able to work well under pressure and ensure high levels of customer care are delivered at all times.
Key duties will include assisting other department managers in drawing up rosters, holding daily team briefings and ensuring a high level of hygiene throughout the department.
In addition, the Senior Hospitality Manager will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive customer feedback system and providing support where necessary in all areas of the hotel.
Other responsibilities will include ensuring security measures are in place, supporting staff induction and recruitment, planning training sessions and monitoring the hotel's adherence to health and safety regulations.
