We are seeking a seasoned Building Site Manager to oversee the completion of high-end residential apartment projects in Louth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Coordination: Coordinate and supervise all site operations, including direct staff and subcontractors.
* Communication: Act as point of contact for clients, designers, and other stakeholders.
* Site Management: Oversee manpower on site, ensuring efficient workflow and effective use of resources.
* Procurement: Manage the procurement of materials, adhering to budget constraints and timelines.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, including Health and Safety protocols.
Requirements:
* A degree in Construction Management or a Trade qualification (carpentry/joinery preferred).
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role with a construction company in ROI, preferably a main contractor or fit-out contractor.
* Proven track record of working on high-volume residential developments.
