Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and revenue through acquiring and growing a substantial portfolio of complex or high-yield accounts.
* Leverage expertise to acquire new business opportunities, expand existing client relationships, and drive sales growth.
* Utilise market knowledge and internal service insights to engage potential prospects effectively, generating interest and securing meetings or presentations.
* Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses that address prospects' needs and clearly communicate the value of services.
* Lead the entire account process from identification to closing, including pricing negotiations and expectation management, to achieve favourable financial outcomes.
* Conduct thorough research and analysis of markets and industries to identify new relationship opportunities and target new accounts.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while contributing positively to a supportive team culture.
* Several years of experience within an insurance professional role, bringing a deep understanding of the industry, client needs, and sales strategies.
* Strong technical insurance competency, combined with a genuine eagerness to continuously develop skills and knowledge, stay ahead of industry trends and deliver innovative solutions.
* Fully qualified CIP.
