Site Management Role
We are seeking an experienced Trades Foreperson to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, planning resources, and coordinating with design teams and other stakeholders. They will also be responsible for completing online daily site diaries, relevant weekly documentation, and carrying out company compliance and administration procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assessing work activities to be carried out and planning resources required to ensure deadlines are met.
* Managing and coordinating site staff and sub-contractors on site.
* Liaising closely with design teams, Site Managers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Degree/higher diploma/HETAC qualification or relevant trade experience.
* Background in residential developments essential.
* Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards.
* Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects.
* Accuracy, attention to detail, and methodical nature.
* Ability to lead, use initiative, and be self-motivated.
