Job Title: Community Operations Analyst
We are currently hiring for a Albanian speaking market specialist.
Main Responsibilities:
* Investigating and resolving reported issues, such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content.
* Ensuring client compliance by monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
* Staying knowledgeable about client's products and community standards.
* Utilizing market specific knowledge to find scalable solutions to improve support for our community of users.
* Collecting, analyzing, and applying relevant data to enhance the user experience.
* Identifying trends and patterns, escalating issues outside company policy to the global team.
* Recognizing inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting improvements.
