Job Details:Job Description: Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the Primary Information InterfaceAct as the main communication link between the fabrication team and upstream/downstream customers.Manage Product Setup and FlowTrack collateral items and communicate wafer shipping to post-fab customers.Create and update product codes in internal systems.Set up lot flows and initiate NPI checklists for each module.Launch silicon and monitor progress through setup, power-on, and engineering samples until first production.Strong understanding of product lifecycle, fab processing, and post-fab activities.Knowledge of key product and process development milestones.Proven experience managing NPI builds in a factory environment and driving capacity execution efficiency.Quick learner with the ability to track issues and drive closure across all organizational levels.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.Drive Process ImprovementsDevelop and implement new NPI systems and business processes.
