Required Skills and Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in operations, supply chain, or a related field
* Working experience in operations, supply chain/logistics, or a related field
* Experience as a manager involving sizable teams
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience of planning, performance metrics, process improvement, and lean techniques and methodologies
* Able to manage high levels of ambiguity while thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
