What will I be doing?
As a Self-Employed Holiday Home Recruiter, your primary responsibility is to identify and sign up high-quality properties in high-demand holiday destinations throughout Ireland. You will drive around beautiful parts of Ireland meeting with potential holiday homeowners and developing relationships with local businesses for referral opportunities.
Services required:
1. Arranging and conducting visits to potential holiday homes
2. Ensuring each new property is presented in the best possible light - through accurate descriptions and property reference photography
3. Developing partnerships with local businesses such as estate agents, developers, trades, and cleaning companies
4. Delivering a continuous pipeline of qualified opportunities through various prospecting means including research, networking, cross-selling and cold calling
5. Gaining an in-depth understanding of the Shamrock's owner proposition and unique selling points

Ideally, we’re looking for:
1. An understanding of the holiday letting marketplace and knowledge of the local competition and key market drivers
2. The ability to discuss and recommend a pricing strategy
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently, persuasively, and effectively with owners
4. Awareness of relevant industry legislation and guidance
