First Line Support Agent

The function of the Support department is to provide assistance for incoming phone calls from our field reps. This role is a full time
12-month fixed term contract
, based in our Dublin City Centre HQ.

Key Duties of the First Line Support Agent:
Accountable for handling a large volume of incoming calls from our field reps.
Updating of business systems to reflect tests carried out by field reps.
Action a series of daily excel reports and processes.
Management and uploading of field reps paperwork.
Other ad hoc duties as required.
We will develop the successful candidate to learn all the skills that they need to successfully carry out their tasks.
Our training programme focuses on hands-on activities rather than classroom-based examples.
You will be mentored by an experienced expert in this field who will support and guide you every step of the way.

€28,080 annual salary paid monthly
Up to 15% bonus upon achievement of KPI's on a quarterly basis
