Overview of the Post
Under the guidance of the IT Network & Security Manager, the Voice Telecom Analyst - Intermediate will maintain and support telecommunications systems, including PBX, voicemail, and related equipment. The role may involve working on medium to large projects and providing technical assistance to various stakeholders. The candidate should have working knowledge of PBX systems, voicemail, and related voice equipment.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
1. Maintain and support telecommunications infrastructure and software, including PBXs, call management, voicemail, and interactive voice response systems.
2. Monitor capacity and performance issues to ensure uninterrupted telecom operations.
3. Generate usage and network traffic reports.
4. Diagnose and resolve telecommunications issues for end users, recommending corrective actions.
5. Coordinate with vendors during installations and hardware issues.
6. Keep current knowledge of PBX, voicemail, wiring, and related systems.
7. Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of patient and staff data per security policies.
8. Mentor and support colleagues in relevant areas.
9. Adapt to flexible working hours based on business needs.

Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in voice communications infrastructure design and support.
* Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred.
* Experience managing enterprise systems and endpoints.
* Experience maintaining a 24/7 network infrastructure.
* Knowledge of communication tools like Avaya and Cisco Webex / CUCM.
* Strong documentation skills.
* Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP Collaboration are advantageous.
* Multilingual abilities, especially Italian, are preferred.
