Senior IT Support Engineer
This role involves providing high-level technical support, managing complex IT projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of our client's IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
* Provide advanced technical support for Windows desktops, servers, and related applications.
* Manage and troubleshoot issues related to network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
* Oversee the administration and maintenance of cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
* Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
* Document procedures, create knowledge base articles, and train junior staff.
Experience and Skills Required:
* Minimum of 6 years of experience in an IT support role.
* Extensive knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
* Experience with cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
* Proficient in network troubleshooting and administration.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
