People are at the core of CPM's business proposition, so as a key member of the CPM team, this role is expected to make a significant contribution to the culture within CPM through initiatives that drive best practices and continuous improvement. The main focus of this role is to increase awareness of the client’s brands in specific locations and to ensure high product visibility and quality across all products. Building in-store relationships is key to promoting CPM and the client with key contacts. The role involves providing simple reporting via tablet and phone technology.
Requirements
The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are:
* Adhere to journey plans provided by the line manager.
* Merchandise required products onto shelves, ensuring all merchandising guidelines are followed, with emphasis on planogram compliance, maximizing promotional space, and negotiating with the Store Manager.
* Record merchandising activities, audit our brands and competitors, and provide feedback promptly.
* Maintain and expand planogram space where possible.
* Ensure all products have correct SEL placed in front of them.
* Merchandise promotional displays and ensure correct pricing.
* Capture before and after photographs using a handheld device.
* Liaise with the store manager before leaving to ensure satisfaction with completed work.
* Coordinate with NSM before and after each call.
* Deliver field insights to the National Sales Manager.
* Build strong relationships with all parties to foster teamwork.
* Generate new ideas and improve ways of working.
* Support all product launches and promotions, developing in-store presence.
* Maintain all CPM standards and policies.
* Strive to achieve the highest standards of performance for customers.
* Operate efficiently and effectively to complete all tasks.
* Perform any other duties as instructed by the line manager.
Required Experience & Competencies:
· Full driving license is essential
· Merchandising experience is desirable but not required.
· Computer literate—able to send photos via email and complete reports/audits as needed.
· Ability to undertake physical activity, including lifting and moving heavy products.
