About Your New Job as Senior Architectural Technologist
Lead and manage architectural projects from inception to completion.
Oversee technical design and ensure compliance with building regulations and standards.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Act as a job runner, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
What Skills You Need as Senior Architectural Technologist
***** years of experience as an Architectural Technologist.
Excellent technical skills with a strong understanding of building regulations and standards.
Proven experience in site management and project coordination.
Strong communication and client management skills.
Irish experience is essential.
