**Project Quantity Surveyor Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Kildare. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to the project, achieving required project standards and quality, and ensuring timely delivery within budget.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of contract types, cost value reporting, and sub-contract procurement. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all costs related to the project, including procuring materials and subcontractors
* Produce monthly valuations and cost reports
* Liaise externally with suppliers and customers regarding project progress and contractual issues
* Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on project status
Requirements:
* Third-level Quantity Surveying qualification
* Minimum 3 years post-grad experience in a commercial surveying role
* Good knowledge of working with various contract types
* Experience of cost value reporting and sub-contract procurement
