We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to manage the compliance function for a financial services organisation based in Dublin. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for ensuring the firm operates in full compliance with all regulatory requirements while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the designated PCF-12 (Head of Compliance), with responsibility for the firm’s compliance framework
Develop, implement, and maintain robust compliance policies, procedures, and controls
Provide strategic regulatory guidance to senior leadership and the Board
Lead engagement with the Central Bank of Ireland and other regulatory bodies
Oversee regulatory reporting and ensure timely and accurate submissions
Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on the business
Promote a strong compliance culture across the organisation
Manage and develop the compliance team
Support business initiatives by providing practical, risk-based compliance advice
Key Requirements
Proven experience in a senior compliance role within financial services
Previous experience operating at PCF level or readiness to step into a PCF-12 role
Strong knowledge of Irish and EU regulatory frameworks
Experience dealing with regulators, particularly the Central Bank of Ireland
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Commercial mindset with the ability to balance risk and business objectives
Strong leadership and team management experience
Relevant third-level degree (Finance, Law, Business, or related field)
Professional compliance qualification (e.g. ACAMS, LCOI, or equivalent) preferred
