Mechanical Fabrication Specialist
As a skilled mechanical fabrication specialist, you will work with precision engineering technology to create high-quality tooling and components.
You will interpret technical drawings and specifications, primarily in SolidWorks, to fabricate complex assemblies and inspect completed components to verify dimensions and clearances.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interpret and verify technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate manufacturing.
* Operate and program CNC milling machines efficiently to produce high-quality tooling and components.
* Inspect and measure completed components to verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances.
Requirements:
* Advanced Certificate in Craft & Toolmaking or equivalent qualification.
* 2+ years experience as a Toolmaker in a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Solid understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and material properties.
