Job Title: Accounts Assistant
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support to our finance team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
* Financial: Assist with accounts payable and receivable using Sage Line 50, raise client invoices and match purchase orders, support VIES and Intrastat reporting, contribute to month-end and annual financial reports.
* Operations: Provide sales support and process orders, issue purchase orders and liaise with suppliers, coordinate courier bookings and deliveries, maintain records and assist with inventory tracking, support cross-functional teams with general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial:
* Assist with accounts payable and receivable using Sage Line 50.

2. Operations:
* Provide sales support and process orders.

Skill & Experience:
* A minimum of 35 years' experience in a finance or administrative role (or similar).
* Proficiency in using Sage Line 50 and Microsoft Office.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to learn and grow across departments.
