Project Overview
Are you a seasoned Identity Security professional with a passion for safeguarding digital identities? Join our Cyber Engineering & Architecture team and take ownership of the lifecycle, performance, and strategic direction of our identity security and access management platforms. This is a hybrid role, with one day per week in our Dublin office.
Skills & Responsibilities
Own and lead identity security policies, standards, and architecture across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, PAM, and IAM/IGA services.
Design, implement, and govern identity and access lifecycle processes for employees, contractors, and non-human identities, including privileged access, RBAC, access reviews, and zero trust patterns.
Maintain security posture of AD and Entra infrastructure, embedding secure-by-design identity patterns in applications and platforms.
Lead automation of identity workflows and IAM processes using scripting/workflows (PowerShell or equivalent).
Act as SME during identity or privileged access incidents, driving root-cause remediation and continuous improvement.
Partner with IT, application, and cyber teams to integrate identity telemetry into detection and response use cases and maintain compliance readiness.
Provide oversight to third‑party providers supporting identity services, while ensuring consistent standards, documentation, and audit readiness.
Strong stakeholder management across HR, IT, application, and security teams, driving scalable identity services and lifecycle governance.
Tech Stack
Active Directory, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), SailPoint, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, MS Defender for Identity, Crowdstrike Identity, SilverFort.
