Job Title
Health and Safety Manager Required
* Ensure compliance with company policies, EHS laws and project execution plans.
* Coordinate and manage task-specific Method Statements, Risk Assessments, permits and safety interventions.
* Maintain good safety practices through regular site audits, COSHH assessments and hazardous substance control.
* Oversee staff induction training and ensure subcontractors adhere to EHS policies.
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:
* 6+ years experience in a similar role.
* A relevant Health and Safety qualification.
* Team player able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
* Flexible to change and open to constructive feedback.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
