Job Description
We seek an experienced professional to lead our aviation client portfolio, develop strategies for growth, and provide exceptional client service. This role involves managing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO ENSURE HIGH LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
* DEVELOP AND EXECUTE STRATEGIES TO GROW OUR AVIATION CLIENT PORTFOLIO
* PROVIDE TECHNICAL ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AS REQUIRED TO CLIENTS AND COLLEAGUES ACROSS A RANGE OF AVIATION INSURANCE PRODUCTS
* PREPARE AND PRESENT PROPOSALS TO CLIENTS, HIGHLIGHTING THE BENEFITS OF OUR RISK AND INSURANCE SOLUTIONS
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A PROVEN RECORD IN DELIVERING RESULTS, PRODUCT INNOVATION, NEGOTIATING RENEWAL DEALS, SECURING NEW CLIENTS, AND JEOPARDY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
* SEVERAL YEARS OF RELEVANT INSURANCE BROKING EXPERIENCE, INCLUDING AN UNDERSTANDING OF AVIATION RISKS
* AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE AVIATION ECOSYSTEM IN IRELAND AND RISKS FACING THE INDUSTRY
* ABILITY TO EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE WITH CLIENTS, INSURERS, AND COLLEAGUES
* STRONG ORGANISATIONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS WITH AN ABILITY TO WORK ON OWN INITIATIVE AND PRIORITISE DEADLINES AND WORKLOADS
