Platform Engineer – CI/CD & ReliabilityDublin City Centre, Ireland, 2 days a week of remote workingAbout the RoleTalentspot is exclusively supporting our fintech customer in their search to fill a new position in the company.They require a Platform Engineer (CI/CD, DevOps & Reliability) to take ownership of their build, test, and deployment processes. This role is foundational to improving system stability, reducing operational risk, and enabling their engineering teams to deliver changes safely and confidently as the company scales.The role will sit within the Platform Team and work cross-team, interacting closely with infrastructure, data engineering, and risk analyst teams.This position is anticipated to be a strong mid-level hire, with openness to a more senior candidate where there is a strong fit.Their system is not high-velocity, but operates in a highly regulated environment where data confidentiality and correctness are critical. While the platform has historically evolved based on manual processes, this approach is no longer sufficient as they scale.
