We're seeking ahighly organised and proactive Event Coordinatorto join our Events team on a full-time basis. This role reports directly to the Event Manager and is perfect for someone with experience planning sports tournaments, managing large-scale group travel, and coordinating high-profile events across Ireland, the UK, and beyond.If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love creating seamless guest experiences, and enjoy collaborating with suppliers, partners, and clients to deliver exceptional events — we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & SupportSupport the delivery of tournaments and corporate events, managing registration, scheduling, and equipment needs.Assist with ad hoc events such as awards nights, training days, and client hospitality.Client & Guest ExperienceCoordinate large group travel including flights, transfers, accommodation, and VIP arrangements.Provide outstanding on-site guest support (registration, meet & greet, customer care).Deliver high-touch, luxury event experiences tailored to client needs.Supplier & Partner LiaisonManage logistics including catering, signage, branded materials, and transport.Work closely with venues, suppliers, and hospitality partners to ensure flawless execution.Operations & AdministrationMaintain event plans, timelines, budgets, and databases.Oversee event communications (invitations, itineraries, welcome packs).Handle post-event wrap-up: feedback, reports, and reconciliations.On-Site DeliveryProvide hands-on support during events (weekends/bank holidays may apply).Assist with set-up, break-down, and act as the go-to contact on-site.Person SpecificationEssential Experience & Skills3+ years in an event coordinator role, ideally within sports, luxury hospitality, or travel.Proven success managing group travel logistics (20+ guests).Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Confident in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused.Office-based in Dublin 12, with flexibility to travel during busy seasons.Core CompetenciesPlanning & coordinationTeam collaborationInitiative & problem-solvingStrong stakeholder communicationCalm under pressure & adaptableBenefitsCompetitive salaryHybrid working arrangements25 days annual leave (plus additional leave for length of service)VHI health insuranceGolf membership (plus discounted family & friends rates)Ongoing professional development supportReady to bring your event expertise to a dynamic and fast-paced environment?
