About the Role:
The Compliance Manager - Quality Assurance Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring company-wide compliance with ISO standards and driving continuous quality improvements.
This individual will be responsible for managing internal and external audits, maintaining ISO certifications, training staff on quality systems, and aligning quality strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement quality programs to ensure ongoing ISO compliance through meticulous planning and execution.
* Conduct thorough audits, risk assessments, and manage ISO certifications to maintain the highest level of quality standards.
* Liaise effectively with auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
* Lead strategic quality initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management to inform key decision-making.
* Deliver comprehensive training sessions, promote a strong quality culture, and maintain relevant documentation to support business operations.
* Drive continuous improvement across quality processes and systems to stay ahead of industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in ISO compliance and quality assurance within the construction sector.
* ISO Auditor qualification is essential for this role.
* Strong knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes is crucial for success in this position.
* Experience with QMS tools, particularly Procore, is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills are vital for effective collaboration and problem-solving.
