KNOW THE ROLE
French Connection Concession in our Limerick store is currently looking for a sales advisor to join their team on a part-time basis.
Your Duties Will Include
1. Ensure that customer service is your number one priority and always put the customer needs first.
2. Consistently deliver a premium level of customer service to all customers.
3. Use your product knowledge and your variety of selling techniques (i.e., fit, sizing, fabric content, ranges, etc.) to fulfill the customers’ needs.
4. Meet individual and store sales targets by maximizing sales at every opportunity through the use of ATV, link selling, and add-on opportunities.
5. Deal with customer inquiries and refunds professionally and effectively, converting refunds into sales opportunities where possible.
Commercial
1. Have an awareness of store and company best sellers to increase sales opportunities.
2. Read and be aware of the weekly Bulletin to improve business understanding.
3. Maintain maximum stock availability through effective replenishment.
4. Actively participate in, and support, company incentives and competitions to increase sales (e.g., Top Sellers Club).
5. Be aware of competitor activity and provide feedback to the management team accordingly.
People
1. Welcome everyone entering the store with a friendly and warm approach.
2. Welcome new team members, ensuring they are supported and integrated into the team.
3. Act as a team player and support colleagues when needed.
4. Remain calm, professional, and focused, acting as a brand ambassador at all times.
5. Be open-minded and responsive to others’ views, demonstrating active listening and appropriate language.
6. Handle disagreements constructively and professionally, working to resolve conflicts promptly, with management support if necessary.
Operations
1. Ensure the store is a safe working environment by adhering to company H&S guidelines and legislation, including knowing the location of the first aid kit, fire extinguishers, and emergency evacuation plan.
2. Maintain housekeeping standards, keeping all front and back of house areas clean and tidy.
