IT Manager - EasyGoThe IT Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the IT strategy aligned with business goals, supporting our expansion into the UK market, and leading a high-performing, cross-functional IT team. You'll ensure that technology supports both operational excellence and commercial success, while maintaining a secure and scalable infrastructure across markets.Key Responsibilities:Strategic LeadershipDevelop and implement an IT roadmap aligned with business growth across Ireland and the UK.Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities where technology drives business value.Lead digital transformation and innovation initiatives to enhance product and service delivery.Team & Operational ManagementLead, mentor, and grow the internal IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance.Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and service level agreements.Commercial & Cross-Functional AlignmentCollaborate with commercial, product, and operations teams to support installation and field service, customer experience, sales platforms, and digital tools.Evaluate and deploy solutions that support growth in both B2B and B2C channels.Monitor technology trends and assess their potential impact on the business.Security & ComplianceEnsure data security, privacy compliance (including GDPR), and cyber risk mitigation across all platforms.Lead the organization in the delivery of ISO27001.Lead disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and regulatory compliance efforts.Project & Change ManagementDeliver IT projects on time and within budget, using agile or hybrid methodologies.Champion change management initiatives as new systems and processes are introduced.Required Experience & Skills:Minimum 7–10 years of IT leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth or scale-up environment.Proven experience managing teams across multiple geographies.Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, cloud infrastructure, and SaaS applications in particular Microsoft Azure or AWS.Experience supporting commercial operations, including CRM, ERP, and e-commerce platforms.Knowledge of Microsoft stack in particular Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft AD, and the power platform.Demonstrated ability to align IT with business objectives in a commercially savvy way.Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.What We OfferBonusPensionHealthcare
