Key Responsibilities
* Work under the direction of the head chef to prepare and cook food to the highest standard.
* Manage your section ensuring it is fully set for service.
* Cook food consistently to the highest standard.
* Follow supervisor instructions and maintain a clean kitchen area.
* Adhere to health and safety, as well as food safety guidelines.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience preparing and cooking in a busy kitchen environment.
* Hold HACCP and manual handling certifications (training can be provided if needed).
* Be available for various shifts including evenings and weekends.
* Have knowledge of all food safety guidelines.
* Possess good spoken and written English language skills.
