Job Summary:
This is a key role that requires the ability to manage employee life-cycle events through an HR Information System. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing new hires, terminations, compensation changes and leave of absences. Additionally, this person will assist in tracking spreadsheets, develop knowledge of company policies and procedures, run reports for HR and Finance teams and support compliance projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
* Process personnel transactions, including changes to compensation and benefits
* Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records
* Assist with recruitment efforts and provide administrative support to the HR team
Key Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience in human resources or a related field
* Strong understanding of HRIS systems and software applications
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis
