Project Coordinator - Fitout
We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator with extensive experience in construction management and fit-out projects to oversee the coordination of construction activities, manage site staff, and ensure project adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate construction activities within set programs, budgets, and specifications
* Ensure accurate information flow between the construction team, subcontractors, and site personnel
* Manage site meetings and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders
* Supervise site staff and subcontractors to maintain construction quality standards
Requirements:
* 5+ years of project coordinator expertise, successfully overseeing the delivery of 2 or more building commercial projects
* Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
* Fit-out experience
* Proficient in IT, with skills in Microsoft Office/Excel and Microsoft Project
