The role is collaborative and open, offering opportunities to work on a broad range of clients, engage with specialist groups, and pursue secondments in Ireland or PwC US offices.ResponsibilitiesDiscuss innovative projects linked to economic, business and technical realities to help clients grow.Analyse how to transform client businesses and select innovative solutions.Build a professional network and manage client relationships to identify new business opportunities.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and senior staff, fostering a learning culture.Introduce business knowledge, innovation and insight to create value for clients and the firm.Embrace digital evolution in the business, familiarize with emerging technologies and drive their adoption.Operate and collaborate effectively with a mindset that transcends geographic and cultural boundaries.Contribute to attracting, developing and retaining top talent for the firm.QualificationsAt least 8 years of experience in tax consulting with international focus, and capability to handle financial and tax issues of multinational groups.Qualified as AITI/CTA or equivalent, with a strong academic record.Commercial awareness and ability to develop business opportunities and generate growth within FDI and the firm.Relationship management skills – ability to read situations and adapt behavior to build quality, diverse relationships.Creative mindset – develop new ideas and propose innovative solutions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Leadership experience and commitment to developing self, team members, clients and business.Travel & Other InformationTravel requirements: Not specified.
