* Maintain the efficiency of reporting and record keeping across services to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
The compliance manager will assist with the execution of our Quality Assurance program by performing key tasks including monitoring, audits and inspections, report completion within set timelines, identifying shortfalls in policy and practice compliance across services. They are also expected to escalate any breaches or safeguarding concerns where necessary while supporting policy development.
