Bluebird Care is a leading complex care provider in Ireland. We provide Nursing support services to children and adults with a range of complex care and nursing support needs for over ten years. Role of Registered Nurse:
The role is to provide safe, quality person-centred care to a client within their own home environment. The successful candidate will be part of a Nurse-led care team and will have support from the local clinical supervision team, reporting directly to the CNM.
Responsibilities include:
* Provide evidence-based nursing care and implement all aspects of the client's care plans based on the needs identified.
* Prioritise the needs and comforts of the Adult.
* Work closely in partnership with family members.
* Promote the recognition of the client as an individual & demonstrate kindness, compassion, and respect.
* Be committed to the care and concern of the client.
* Work within their Scope of Practice NMBI (2015).
* Adhere to the NMBI Code of Professional Conduct for Nurses and Midwives (2015).
Qualifications & Experience:
* Registered Nurse on the live register of NMBI.
* Community-based nursing experience is desirable but not essential as relevant training will be provided.
